Day 11 - Cleanse 2017

Just another day in smoothie paradise.

Definitely slept better last night but still feeling a few hours shy of complete recovery.

To keep the energy up, I focused on hearty nutrition today. I started the morning with a 16 ox green juice, and then 1 hour later, I made the above-pictured DE-lish green smoothie. This is most definitely becoming a daily habit.

Super Green Smoothie Recipe!

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 bananas
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 TB cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1-2 drops Peppermint oil
  • 1 TB maple syrup (optional)

Blend, and enjoy!
